This is the 3rd of the Fall 18 series of Creative Workshops offered by Morgan & Kydd Studios, held in ‘The Barn’ & Gardens at The Old King Farmhouse in Peconic, NY.

After a brief introduction to Morgan & Kydd, our workshop will begin by recalibrating our senses and intuition, outside in the garden (weather permitting).

Jeffery Kong, aromachologist for Morgan & Kydd & Reiki certified; will lead this practice, in the gardens of The Old King Farmhouse in Peconic; A location, nestled among nature, the countryside and the beaches of The North Fork.

The class will then move into the newly renovated creative space, in 'The Barn' where Jeffery Kong will spend time introducing you to a selection of essential oils, and how to use your senses to identify and describe the notes and layers of the oils.

We will also discuss the value and significance of using natural ingredients.

Jeffery will then guide you through the steps of blending your 2 essential oil combos and the technique of mixing and hand pouring them into candles.

We will also discuss packaging, and the product possibilities, for aromatic blends of essential oils.

Morgan & Kydd donate 5% of their sales to progressive education on the East End, supporting the Hayground School and the Peconic Community School.

Parking is on-site only, and we request no on-street parking.

‘The Barn’ has WIFI.
